Tumut Junior Rugby Union Club, the “Bull Ants”, is a successful club that aims to introduce young players to the game of rugby union in a friendly and enjoyable club atmosphere.
The Southern Inland Rugby Union (SIRU) Junior competition is played every second Sunday in a Gala day format which means less travelling for parents and more rugby for players. Because of the Gala day format even the teams that do not have a full contingent of players get a game because they can combine with other teams. Home games are played at the Bull Paddock in Tumut.
Training will take place each Friday from 5.30 at Jarrah Oval.
You can find out the latest information about the club’s activities from the News page and our Tumut Bullants Facebook page. Local businesses that kindly support the Tumut Bullants are also listed on our Sponsors page.
New players are warmly welcomed to the club … “the game they play in heaven”.
